I’m a first-year university student at a large city uni in the UK living away from home for the first time. I’ve decided not to post my name or university on here for now to remain anonymous but watch this space- that might change in the future. However, I will tell you what I’m studying; Politics and International Relations. And when I say ‘studying’ I mean ‘trying and failing to study’, like most uni students.

I’m not entirely sure why I’ve decided to start this blog. I suppose maybe because it’s the New Year in 3 days so I feel like I should be starting new things. But I enjoy documenting my experiences and maybe it will be helpful for potential student, soon-to-be students, or parents of soon-to-be students to read the true day-to-day action (and inaction) of university life. So here we are.
